Delivery Time

All orders are processed in 2-4 business days. Processing times for multiple products may increase by up to 5 days. Orders are not processed during public holidays or weekends.

For domestic deliveries, the following are the shipping costs and delivery times:

We are currently delivering Scent o Clock products in Pakistan only. 

Shipping Method: Leopard Courier Services

Shipping fee: Rs. 200

If the order amount exceeds PKR 15,000, the customer is required to transfer 15% of the total order value in advance to the following bank account or the payment method directed by our customer care representative during confirmation call.

How to check the status of the shipping?

What to do If my order is not delivered?

In rare cases, If you do not receive your parcel within the given time, you can contact our customer services team at sales@scentoclock.com

What can I do If I receive a damaged Product?

Our products are made with love and handled with care. In case of receiving a damaged product or parcel, please make sure to record the unboxing experience. You can send us an email with attached pictures of damaged products. Our customer care representative will contact you and we shall resolve your issue on urgent basis.
